SPRING BREAK  - April 6 - April 15
Don't forget there will be no school on Friday, April 6 and  Monday, April 9- Friday, April 13.
We will see everybody back at Longview on Monday, April 16! Have a wonderful, safe, relaxing break.

HAPPY SPRING!
As we head into spring, we have started our unit on plants and how they grow. So far we have planted beans, basil, and flowers for the children to take home to share with their families.
 We will also be planting flower seeds around the ESL trailer. Since the pumpkin seeds we planted last spring resulted in us grouwong our first Longview pumpkin in the fall, we will also be planting pumpkin seeds this year. Hopefully, we will get rain during the summer months to help our garden grow.

During February all of the children who are ESL will be taking their annual ACCESS assessment. They will be assessed in Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing across all content areas, including science and social studies.


Please don't forget there is NO SCHOOL for students on Friday, March 9.
